In these days of conflict and insecurity, it is easy to feel disconnected within and without. In this half-day retreat, we will explore, by teachings, dialogue and practice, how the dharma can reveal a deep refuge within ourselves that cannot be taken away. The boundless heart and mind of the dharma can also help us to rejoin and be at home in the world, even if it seems threatening, and also with our community.
