Dee has been practicing meditation since 1995—long enough to know there’s no one right way to do it, and just enough to still be surprised. Her path began as a kind of DIY dharma, cobbled together from Tibetan, Zen, and Insight traditions, and it continues to evolve as life does its exquisite, messy, heartbreaking dance.
A graduate of the Dharma Leader Training at the Insight Meditation Center, she’s learned as much from formal teachers as from cedar trees, Beat poets, and one very opinionated, snaggle-toothed rescue dog.
