Ronna Kabatznick

Biography


Ronna Kabatznick, Ph.D., is a psychologist in private practice in Berkeley. She specializes in mindfulness based strategies for depression, anxiety, and weight management. She has been practicing meditation since 1985. While in Thailand, she spent two years at the forest monasteries of Ajahn Anan and Ajahn Ganha, two of Ajahn Chah’s most highly esteemed disciples. She is the author of The Zen of Eating: Ancient Answers to Modern Weight Problems and the Book Review Editor for the Inquiring Mind.
