Shanti Soule

Biography

SHANTI SOULE has practiced Vipassana since the mid 1970s. She has become a teacher under the guidance of Ruth Denison in the Burmese lineage of U Ba Khin. Since 1990 her practice efforts have been devoted to intensive retreat practice and work meditation in the form of acting as the head cook at Vipassana retreats. She currently resides in Sebastopol.
